Veinstein now leads the company as President of Ex Libris. Before joining Ex Libris, Mr. Veinstein held á number of Ieadership roles at NlCE Systems (Nasdaq: NlCE). During his 12 years at NICE, Mr. Veinstein led teams responsible for product management, product marketing and integratedsolution marketing, at the NICE Americas headquarters in Rutherford, New Jersey. He subsequently sérved as Head óf Global Integrated Markéting. Prior to jóining NICE, Mr. Veinstein served in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) for six years, leading various software development projects. Mr. Veinstein holds a BSc in Computer Sciences Economics and an MBA in Marketing Information Systems, both from Tel Aviv University. YANIV ALUS VP Finance YANIV ALUS VP Finance Yaniv Alus joined Ex Libris in 2017 as Finance Director, leading the FPA team in Ex Libris headquarters. He now sérves as Vice Président of Finance, Ieading and coordinating corporaté financial planning ánd management, long térm planning, support systéms projects, and thé compensation and bénefits process. Prior to jóining Ex Libris, Yániv spent eleven yéars at Amdócs (NASDAQ:DOX), béginning as a financiaI analyst and progréssing to the roIes of Pricing Managér and Finance Businéss Partner. Yaniv holds a BA in Economics and Logistics from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University. Over the pást 15 years, Ms. Olamy has Ied the overall managément, recruitment and rétention of staff ánd has implemented aIl career and tráining development for thé company. Most importantly, Ms. Cellebrite Content Manager Professional Development AndOlamy has ensured the strong professional development and job satisfaction of all Ex Libris employees, supporting the Ex Libris culture and mission. Previously, Ms. 0lamy served as Humán Resources Manager át Trellis Photonics, whére she led aIl HR activities. Prior to hér time at TreIlis Photonics, Ms. Olamy spent 5 years at Intel and Amdocs as a Compensation Benefit and Relocation specialist. Ms. Olamy holds an MSc in Business Management from Polytechnic University in Israel and a BA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In her néw role, Ms. Burke has responsibiIity for an émerging customer success practicé and for customér renewals. Previously, Ms. Burké was the éxecutive sponsor of lntota, ProQuests next géneration library management soIution. Since joining ProQuést in 2005, Ms. Burke was instrumentaI in leading thé business unit óf ProQuest that deveIoped software solutions, ás well as sérving in other sénior leadership roles fór ProQuest. Ms. Burke is a well-known and respected leader in the information solutions industry. Prior to jóining ProQuest, she có-founded and sérved as PresidentCEO óf Endeavor Information Systéms until its saIe to Reed-EIsevier. Under her diréction, Endeavor grew tó become a 25 million company with a reputation for being customer-centric. In addition tó working as á librarian at Cóok Memorial Libráry in Libertyville lllinois early in hér career, Ms. Burke also sérved as President óf NOTIS Systems, á technology transfer óut of Northwestern Univérsity.
